Exploring the NUMBER meaning of the Hebrew word translated into English as Salvation. (Yeshua)
The numbers in the name of Yeshua are quite amazing as they confirm the conventional message found in hundreds of prophetic verses in the Scripture. As an example let’s take a look at the 53rd chapter of Isaiah’s prophecy.
This prophetic harbinger of the coming suffering Messiah was foretold over 500 years before the Messiah was born in Bethlehem.
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53: 3-6
With this Prophetic Harbinger in mind, let’s take a look at the Numeric meaning of the Hebrew word we translate into English as Salvation.
